The application form should be filled out in full and accompanied by all of the requested documents. Doing this will ensure that we can process your form in the minimum time.

Why is this information requested?

As a recognized medical school AISM requests information that demonstrates your intellectual and personal fitness and ability to undertake a medical degree and become a practicing doctor.

When should the information be provided by?

As soon as possible. The earlier we receive your formal application the sooner we can process your application and start you on the road to becoming a doctor.
